the bell hop got our luggage to our room quickly , because my younger son was restless. another staff member then brought us complimentary tooth brushes , more water , and detergent. the staff was amazing. we stayed in a corner suite with views of the strip and the sphere.
the kitchen was completely bare in the suite we booked. i requested a full kitchen from housekeeping , but received only two plates and some plastic cutlery. no offer to help with bags occurred on check-in or check out.

i liked the spacious suite. this suite included a comfortable king bed and a separate living area. the bathroom had two sinks, a large bathtub, and a separate shower. the kitchen area had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
the valet service experienced delay at times, particularly during peak hours.

the fitness center features modern equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes and weights. the outdoor pool has ample seating with cushioned loungers and umbrella, i noticed attendants were regularly available. a full-service spa offers various treatments.

The onsite gym was a plus. It contained several treadmills. It also included stationary bikes. I used the pool area and it seemed well-kept. The mall across the street provided convenient shopping.
Check-in took longer than expected. My room was not ready at the scheduled time. The front desk staff was not particularly friendly. The room service was quite slow.
